We strongly advocate the protection of our clients' privacy
and are committed to ensuring that your personal and company
information is safeguarded. We have adopted the following
privacy principles in the belief that they effectively
capture our commitment to you. "We recognize
and respect our clients’ expectation of privacy.

a company to perform specific services that require us

As part of our commitment to protecting your privacy,
we are always working to ensure that our procedures and
systems are relevant and supply the appropriate safeguards
- and we will regularly conduct audits of our systems

1. Recognition of Customer's Expectation of Privacy We
recognize and respect the privacy expectations of our
clients - and are committed to taking the steps necessary
to safeguard the information entrusted to us. Procedures
are in place that is designed to prevent misuse of private
information.
2. Collection and Use of Clients’ Information We
collect, retain, and use information about you only where
we reasonably believe that it will help to complete the
application process, to provide individually tailored
services, and to provide other opportunities to you. We
use information to administer business transactions, to
provide you with status updates, to comply with laws and
regulations, to help us design or improve our services,
and to understand your needs so that we can provide you
with superior service. We do not collect any personal
data without your consent, and we only share the personally
identifiable financial information you provide us with
our ACH processor. Information collection starts at the
point of the application process. By initiating the application
process, you consent to our collection and use of this
information. After your application is processed, we will
periodically send you e-mail updates about finalizing
the Online Checks and/or EFT-ACH or Check 21 software
licensing, normal business correspondence and new product
and service updates. We may also request your participation
in a customer satisfaction survey. Our customers generally
find this very helpful. If you choose to receive updates,
but change your mind at a later date, you can opt out
at any time by sending e-mail with your company name,
address and e-mail address to salesmanager@inovium.com.
If you access our services through one of our business
partners' (affiliate) web sites, we may share contact
information such as your name and e-mail address with
that business partner. In that case, please check the
partner's privacy policy to see how they may use your
contact information. To ensure the accuracy, timeliness,
and thoroughness of information, we use only reputable
sources of data to cross-reference against application
information. Information that you submit during the application
process is not subject to modification.
3. Limiting Employee Access of Information To protect
the confidentiality and privacy of credit information
about individuals and small businesses, we limit employee
access to your files. We are committed to ensuring that
individuals with access to consumer information do not
utilize the data for unauthorized purposes. To ensure
that each employee understands their responsibility, employees
sign a written confidentiality agreement before they are
granted access to your data. We are also committed to
taking strong enforcement actions if necessary.
4. Protection of Information We maintain security procedures
to help prevent unauthorized access to confidential information.
We update and test our technology to assure the integrity
of our systems - and to improve upon our existing privacy
safeguards wherever possible. We back our Privacy Principles
with some of the best security technology available. We
use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology to ensure that
your application information cannot be accessed during
transmission to our servers. We also use SSL authentication
technology to confirm the identity of both the computer
sending and the computer receiving your application information.
This safeguard keeps unauthorized people and companies
from accessing your information. We also use technical
security measures to prevent unauthorized access to data
stored on our secure servers.
5. Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information
State and federal agencies require us to provide certain
information regarding the number of financing applications
submitted to us. This information, when disclosed, is
in aggregate form and does not contain any of your personally
identifiable information. State and federal examiners
may periodically audit consumer files. These audits ensure
that we are complying with the regulations in place to
protect consumers.
6. Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships
with Third Parties Information regarding our customers
is used solely in the legitimate conduct of business to
deliver products and services, to design products, and
to provide special offers designed to meet the specific
needs of our customers. You have the option of getting
updates from us about our new financial products and services
that may meet your business needs. We will not reveal
personally identifiable information to any third party
unless we have been authorized by you, have previously
informed you in disclosures or agreements that we plan
